Our trailer insurance will give you
Cover for loss or damage
Your trailer will be covered for accidental damage, malicious damage, fire, theft, storm and flood.
Towing of your trailer
If it isn't safe to use, we'll tow it to an approved repairer or safe location.
Essential temporary repairs
We provide cover up to $750 for essential temporary repairs, to make your trailer safe, secure and roadworthy, if it is damaged and can’t be safely towed.
New trailer replacement
If your trailer is written off and it's less than two years old and you're the first registered owner, we'll replace it with a new trailer.
Legal liability cover
Cover for damage to other people or their property involving your trailer.
Lost or stolen keys
We'll cover your lost or stolen keys and replace your locks, up to $2000.

^ Any applicable insurance discounts may be subject to minimum premiums. Discounts only apply until a minimum premium is reached. Roadside Assistance and Rewards members receive a discount on insurance once they’ve been a member for at least five consecutive years. Members who only have insurance don’t get membership discounts on our insurance cover. Only individuals can become members of the RAC.
