Login help for myRAC
Here is some help for registering and logging in to myRAC
Registration
- Go to myRAC and select Register now.
- Enter a valid email address, e.g. name@domain.com. You'll use this to log in to myRAC in the future. You can't use an email address that's already been registered by another person.
- We’ll send a verification code to this email. Please enter this code and proceed to the next step.
- You'll be prompted to enter a few more details. Then you’ll be registered!
Your email can’t already have been registered by another person. It must be in a valid email address format, e.g. name@domain.com.
Yes, you can. To update your log-in email address:
- Log in to myRAC.
- Select Profile.
- Select Contact details.
- Go to the section on Log-in details and select Edit.
- Follow the instructions provided.
This is your email for logging in only. You may also wish to change other email details for your membership and individual insurance policies in myRAC.
Not a problem. To get the verification email resent:
- Log in to myRAC.
- Select Profile.
- Select Contact details.
- In the section for Log-in details, select Edit to resend the verification email.
- Get a new log-in email.
You need a valid email address to create a myRAC account. This is because of privacy and technical restrictions.
