Natural gas T&Cs
*38% off natural gas usage charges for 12 months: 38% off the usage component of the standard tariff for a minimum benefit period of twelve (12) months plus one (1) $50 natural gas credit when selecting the Monthly Energiser plan.
This offer is only available to Western Australian residents who hold a valid RAC membership number, and where Kleenheat is available as a natural gas retailer. This offer is not available to Kleenheat LPG customers.
To take advantage of this offer;
- You must sign up with Kleenheat as your natural gas provider during the promotional period by either visiting Kleenheat.com.au/rac-offer or applying the promotional code RAC38AND50 during the sign up process at Kleenheat.com.au/sign-up; and
- You must enter your valid RAC membership number during the sign up process; and
- Kleenheat must accept your application.
One (1) $50 natural gas credit will be applied to your new Kleenheat natural gas residential account and shown on your first Kleenheat bill. The credit value is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. Any unused promotional credit value will be forfeited if the account is cancelled at any time.
If you cease to be an RAC member, the discount will revert to 35% off the usage component of the standard tariff.
Existing Kleenheat natural gas customers are not eligible for this promotion.

LPG T&Cs
^LPG $20 credit: This offer is only available to RAC members who are Kleenheat LPG 45kg cylinder residential customers and Western Australian residents. To register for the discount, you must provide a valid RAC membership number at the time of purchasing an LPG 45kg cylinder. Once registered, a $20 credit will be available on your second LPG 45kg cylinder purchased within the next 12 months.
A maximum of one $20 credit can be redeemed per residential property per annum following the purchase of an LPG 45kg cylinder, and the $20 credit is valid for 12 months. The credit value is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. If the account is cancelled at any time, any unused promotional credit value will be forfeited. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code offer.
The discount does not apply to gas barbecue cylinders.
