The proposal
The Pulse Property Group has a long-standing 18+ year connection with RAC Property Finance and has successfully completed 10 projects during this time. The most recent project completed for the Group is the construction of 6 residential dwellings in the extremely popular suburb of West Busselton.
The development site is well located and selected for its close proximity to the Busselton town centre, beaches, schools shopping and major transport routes and public transport.
The area is surrounded by a wide variety of residential accommodation, including multi-unit residential properties from the 1920's to present day.
Subdividing the site into 6 units was the highest and best use for the property. Drawing on their extensive development experience, the Pulse Property Group facilitated the design of 6 residential dwellings offering modern, diverse configurations with excellent specifications and great street appeal.
A well-established local building company was engaged to undertake the construction.
On completion
Construction for this project was completed in September 2024 and delivered on the Pulse Property Group brief. The finished project was a high standard, blending coastal charm with modern living and pleasing landscaping.
The properties were well accepted by the market and all sold quickly, with an overall fantastic result for the locality developer and new home owners.
