How to make your claim with HCF
On the spot for extras
If you have your HCF physical or digital membership card with you, you can claim on the spot with many different extras providers and you pay any difference that’s owing.
App and online
You can upload your extras or ambulance claim with HCF’s My Membership app or in online member services.
In a HCF branch
Drop in at your nearest HCF branch with your membership card and your original receipts and HCF will take care of the rest.
By post
Send your completed HCF claim form and original receipts to:
