Batteries

Your alarm system's back up battery is essential in keeping your system operating if the power is cut to your home. The back up battery is located in the main control box of your alarm system, and in standard conditions it will typically need changing every 2 years. Your alarm system will normally advise you that your battery needs maintenance or replacement via a low battery indicator on your keypad. We recommend regular inspection so it can be replaced before becoming an issue.

Alarm servicing and repairs

If your home security system isn't working properly, our qualified service technician will be able to test the connections, diagnose the issue and carry out any repairs for most major alarm and security camera brands.

Alarm upgrades

Maybe you'd like to improve your existing home security system by adding additional motion or perimeter sensors. Our technicians are fully qualified to advise you on system additions and the upgrade of components for existing systems.

Alarm code reset

Don't know the code? If you've purchased a property with an existing home security system, you may need to reset the alarm panel. Our technician can program new codes and also show you how to operate your system.

Pricing

When booking a service, our consultants will provide you with an estimate of the expected costs based on your description of the problem. Our standard call out fee includes the first 30 minutes of on-site labour, with additional time and parts charged thereafter if required.
