- You'll be contacted approximately 30 minutes before our arrival on the day
- You’ll get an SMS and email reminder the day before your appointment
- Bookings normally takes up to 90 minutes to complete. (You'll need to be there at the start and end, but not throughout)
- For safety reasons, your vehicle must be on level ground and have a minimum of 1m clearance on all sides
- Multi-storey car parks may be unsuitable due to height restrictions
- The mobile service vehicle needs a height clearance of 2.9m
- Occasionally, we may need to reschedule and will advise you at least 24 hours before your booking

What is our mobile service?
Our mobile tyre service will conveniently come to your home or workplace. Service is available within selected Perth metro areas, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 8am to 12pm. It is important to note that mobile tyre fitting can only be performed on safe, even working ground.
What's a wheel alignment and why is it necessary?
A wheel alignment is a process by which small adjustments are made to ensure all four wheels on your car are aligned correctly in relation to one another, meaning they are sitting parallel to one another and perpendicular to the ground.
When your wheels are properly aligned it ensures your tyres can move with less resistance on the road which improves vehicle handling, such as helping ensure the steering doesn’t pull in one direction. It also reduces excessive wear on your tyres.
Is there an age where tyres need to be changed?
Generally speaking, a vehicle's tyres should be replaced after five years, regardless of the amount of wear.
Do all four tyres on my car need to be the same brand?
Provided the tyres are the correct specification for the vehicle, you do not need to have the same brand.
